School Games Silver Mark Award!

We are delighted to announce that Lovington C of E Primary School, have achieved the School Games Silver Mark Award for the 2024/25 academic year.

The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.

Alongside our usual PE curriculum, our sporting enrichment opportunities this year have included:

● Yoga

● Archery

● Fencing

● Dance

● Ansford Sports Partnership Events

● Tag Rugby

● Somerset Cricket Foundation Coaching

● Basketball

I am sure you will agree that it is wonderful to provide our children with so many opportunities to discover hidden talents and new hobbies through our extensive enrichment programme.
