WWII Hook Day

Our oldest children had a fantastic day with our visiting author, Mrs King, to kickstart their World War 2 learning experience.  The children explored rationing and made a pudding, cracked codes, wrote Red Cross letters, and even made toilet paper!  Mrs King commented on how engaged and polite our children are, which is always lovely to hear.  We are very grateful to Mrs King for giving up her time and inspiring the children to learn more about World War Two.
